I ordered a TSC-5 5-Person Portable Tour-guide System on a Friday afternoon and got a tracking # within 20 minutes. The product was delivered from FL to IN by Monday. The first order met my needs, so we ordered 5 more for our business. We received a personal phone call almost immediately from the company checking on a specific point about our order. The actual product is outstanding. It worked perfectly for a tour for new employees (during the time of physical distancing) in a large manufacturing facility.

The employees could hear the tour guide throughout the entire facility and were able to be engaged and get a lot of value. Without this purchase, they would have heard nothing. Absolutely recommend. We will reorder from this company as needed.

I’m a Florida court certified interpreter working freelance. That means that I do civil law, not criminal (staff interpreters handle criminal court), although there are times when I do get to go to jail to help attorneys communicate with their clients. I work mostly in state courts including civil, family, and workers compensation courts, but have also worked in federal civil court.

A few years ago on my first court assignment, I found myself in court having to speak to three plaintiffs in simultaneous mode. I was expected to speak softly enough not to interfere with the proceedings but loudly enough for them to hear me.
